Due to the increase in drug and alcohol overdose deaths in Maryland, all counties and Baltimore City were asked to submit a plan to address this problem.  These plans represent current and future efforts aimed at working collaboratively with State and local stakeholders to reduce overdose deaths.  Questions regarding the content of the local plans should be directed to the relevant Health Department.
